I am a professional pianist and accompanist. Having gained a music degree from Oxford University, I went on to study at the Royal Academy of Music. Winning several major prizes and graduating with the highest honours, I have since enjoyed a varied career as a recital and concert performer, teacher, accompanist, and coach. Until recently I held the position of Junior Fellow at the Royal Academy of Music.

As a qualified (LRAM) and experienced teacher, I have had a wide private teaching practice for several years, offering guidance to students of many different ages and abilities across London. I have also coached actors for musical roles in film, including
the late Heath Ledger (Knight's Tale, Brokeback Mountain) for his would-be role in Tree of Life. I have worked as a pianist, coach and tutor for several UK music courses, including the Oxford International Cello School and the National Youth Orchestra of Great Britain, as well as for the Royal College, Royal AcademyandGuildhall Junior departments. As a ‘Live Music Now! Fellowship Artist’ I have also been able to develop broader and less traditional approaches to education and learning through giving workshops and concerts for underprivileged and disabled children and young people, as well as working in the youth justice system.
